Ben Metzger is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing real estate equity investments for Prospect Ridge. Mr. Metzger joined Prospect Ridge in 2022. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Mr. Metzger spent three years at Blackstone in the Real Estate Debt Strategies group. Mr. Metzger holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
