Beth Pristaw serves as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for Prospect Ridge. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Ms. Pristaw spent six years as an investment support specialist for the Morgan Stanley Portfolio Solutions Group. Prior to joining Morgan Stanley, she was a Managing Director at Tishman Speyer, where she served as fund counsel. Earlier in her career, Ms. Pristaw was general counsel of Coventry Real Estate Advisors, a real estate investment manager focused on the retail/mixed use property sector, and an associate in the corporate department of Paul Hastings. Ms. Pristaw holds a bachelor of arts and bachelor of law from the University of Sydney.
