David Seshens is involved in portfolio, risk, and asset management and investor relations for Prospect Ridge. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Mr. Seshens was a Director at Cadre, where he was the head of asset management, directly responsible for oversight of a US multi-asset class, core-plus to value-add real estate portfolio. Before Cadre, Mr. Seshens worked at Raith Capital Partners. Prior to Raith, Mr. Seshens worked at Avenue Capital Group, where he was responsible for evaluating and managing investment opportunities for Avenues’ U.S. real estate platform. Previously, he was an analyst at Keystone Property Group. Mr. Seshens holds a BS in business from Indiana University Kelley School of Business.
