Dylan Greenberg is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing real estate credit investments for Prospect Ridge. Mr. Greenberg joined Prospect Ridge in 2023. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Mr. Greenberg spent four years at Madison Realty Capital in the Real Estate Investments group, where he focused on the origination, execution and management of real estate debt transactions. Mr. Greenberg holds a B.B.A. from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
