Erik Swenson is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing real estate credit investments for Prospect Ridge. Mr. Swenson joined the firm in May 2026. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Mr. Swenson spent four years at Nuveen Real Estate in the Structured Originations group, where he focused on the origination, execution, and management of real estate debt transactions. Prior to that, he spent two years at LoanCore Capital in an originations-focused role. Mr. Swenson earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Economy from the University of Pennsylvania.
