Jack Hudson is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Mr. Hudson joined Prospect Ridge in 2024. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Mr. Hudson spent two years at The Carlyle Group in the Real Estate Acquisitions group. Prior to Carlyle, he was an investment banking analyst at Wells Fargo Securities in the Real Estate group. Mr. Hudson holds a B.S. in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology and a minor in Real Estate from the University of Virginia.
