Jacob Frackman is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing real estate credit investments for Prospect Ridge. Mr. Frackman joined Prospect Ridge in 2021. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Mr. Frackman spent four years at J.P. Morgan in the commercial real estate finance group in the firm’s investment bank, where he focused on CMBS origination and real estate special situations. Mr. Frackman holds a B.A. in Urban Studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
