Jessica Futoran is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Ms. Futoran joined Prospect Ridge in 2024. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Ms. Futoran spent three years at Carlyle in the Real Estate Acquisitions group. Ms. Futoran holds a B.S. concentrating in Real Estate and Finance from the Wharton School and B.A. in Economics from the College of Arts and Sciences at the University of Pennsylvania.
