Lindsay Hughson is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing real estate credit investments for Prospect Ridge. Ms. Hughson joined Prospect Ridge after serving as a Vice President in Real Estate Strategies at Oak Hill Advisors for five years, where she was an initial member of the firm’s commercial real estate platform. Prior to Oak Hill Advisors, Ms. Hughson spent four years at PCCP focusing on acquisitions and originations across debt and equity investments. She began her career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the Real Estate, Gaming & Lodging investment banking group. Ms. Hughson holds a B.S. in Economics and Human & Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University.
