Luis Baca is involved in portfolio and asset management for Prospect Ridge. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge in 2024, Mr. Baca spent six years at Cadre focused on asset management for the firm’s multifamily, hospitality, and office portfolio. Before joining Cadre, he spent three years at Raith Capital in acquisitions and asset management. Mr. Baca holds a B.A. in Economics from Drew University.
