Matthew Fields is the Chief Accounting Officer for Prospect Ridge. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Mr. Fields was a member of the Real Estate Investments group at AllianceBernstein (AB). Prior to joining AB in 2016, Mr. Fields was the Controller at Stabilis Capital Management. Before Stabilis, Mr. Fields spent over eight years at Tishman Speyer, where he served as a director in the firm’s Fund Accounting Group. He began his career as an assurance associate in the Real Estate Group of Ernst & Young. Mr. Fields holds a BS in accounting from Fairfield University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
