Michael is involved in the asset management of multifamily investments for Prospect Ridge. Before joining Prospect Ridge in 2023, Mr. Guadagno spent four years at AIG Global Real Estate covering the Southeast region, where he led asset management, dispositions, and refinancings on a portfolio of multifamily, industrial, retail and office assets. He holds a BA in government and economics from Dartmouth College.
