Michael Mestel is the Co-Head of Prospect Ridge’s Credit Strategy and he is involved in all aspects of the credit business including sourcing new investments, business strategy, capital formation, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Mr. Mestel was Co-Head of H.I.G. Realty Credit Partners, the real estate credit arm of H.I.G. Capital, where he was responsible for all new investments, strategy development and capital formation.  Before H.I.G., he held senior origination and leadership positions at Affinius Capital and Citigroup. Mr. Mestel received a B.S. from Cornell University.
