Montana Rathe Jacob is involved in asset management of multifamily investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Ms. Jacob spent four years at Phoenix Realty Group where she served as an asset manager, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily units across the United States. Previously, Ms. Jacob was a Vice President at The Cogsville Group. Ms. Jacob holds a BS in mechanical engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in real estate development from Columbia University.
