Sheldon Pariser is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Mr. Pariser spent three years at AllianceBernstein (AB) in the Real Estate Investments group. Prior to AB, Mr. Pariser spent two years at Cantor Fitzgerald in the Real Estate CMBS Group. Mr. Pariser holds a BA in Economics and Film Studies from Washington University in St. Louis.
