Steve Iorio is the President of Prospect Ridge, where he is responsible for overseeing portfolio and asset management, capital raising, investor relations and many of the day to day responsibilities associated with operating the firm. Prior to the formation of Prospect Ridge, Mr. Iorio spent six years at AllianceBernstein (AB) in the Real Estate Investments group. Prior to AB, he was a managing director and head of acquisitions for the New York region at Tishman Speyer. Earlier in his career, Mr. Iorio spent ten years at Goldman Sachs, primarily in the Real Estate Principal Investment Area, working in both London and New York. He holds a BSBA in finance (cum laude) from Georgetown University.
