Thomas Gavin is involved in asset management of multifamily investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to joining Prospect Ridge, Mr. Gavin spent two years at Mack Real Estate Group as an asset manager and acquisitions associate. Previously, Mr. Gavin was an asset manager at Phoenix Realty Group, overseeing a portfolio of multifamily investments across the United States. Mr. Gavin holds a BA in Economics from the University of Pennsylvania and an MS in Real Estate Finance from New York University.
