Wells Patrick is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Mr. Patrick joined Prospect Ridge in 2020. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Mr. Patrick spent three years at Blackstone in the Real Estate Acquisitions group. Prior to Blackstone, he was an investment banking analyst at Jefferies. Mr. Patrick holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina.
