Will Geier is involved in sourcing, underwriting, structuring, and managing investments for Prospect Ridge. Prior to Prospect Ridge, Mr. Geier was a Vice President at Merlone Geier Partners, where he was responsible for evaluating and managing the firm’s entitlement and redevelopment activities. Previously, Mr. Geier spent five years at AllianceBernstein (AB) in the Real Estate Investments group. Prior to AB, Mr. Geier spent two years as an Analyst at Eastdil Secured in San Francisco. Mr. Geier holds a BA in international relations from Stanford University.
